Poured-in-place surfacing is made from recycled rubber and mixed with a polyurethane binder. It is a 2-layer product, which is poured and troweled at the site to accommodate any design or configuration. The base is referred to as the “resilient” layer and the top is the “wear” layer. The top is significantly higher in density in order to withstand continuous play activity.

  • The top wear layer is available in various levels of strength and density which can significantly increase the life expectancy of the surfacing.
  • Overall thicknesses are available from 1½” to 4½” to meet specific fall heights.
  • More than a dozen color options are available. Additional customization is available as well.
  • Material is porous and typically used outdoors.
  • Five year warrantee
